First Appeal No.3991 of 2016 with the connected appeals have been disposed of by this Court vide Judgment delivered on 21.12.2017. Heard Shri Tambe, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. Insurance Company had filed the aforesaid appeals and these appeals have been dismissed. Learned Counsel Shri Tambe submitted that, in all these matters, Insurance Company has deposited the amount of compensation in this Court. The learned Counsel further submitted that, to facilitate withdrawal of the said amount, the amount deposited in this Court be transmitted to the concerned tribunal. I see no

ORDER

(i) The amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company in First Appeal Nos.3984 of 2016 to 3991 of 2016 be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, at Shrirampur so as to facilitate its withdrawal by respective claimants.
