Heard Mr. Chalak, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has remedy of Appeal and the remedy of appeal is provided in the impugned order itself. 3.

In light of that, we dispose of writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. The petitioner may file an Appeal within a period of 10 days from today. The respondents may not take adverse action against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned communication within a period of 10 days, so as to enable the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

Needless to say that, after lapse of 10 days, protection granted by this Court would come to an end.
