By the present application, the Applicant wife seeks permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the Non-applicant- husband, towards cost/maintenance as well as an amount of Rs.5,000/- deposited by the non applicant towards schools fees of the minor child, in pursuance of the order 05.05.2024, passed by this Court.

Since the applicant-Wife wanted to withdraw the amount maintenance/cost and amount towards school fees for minor child, deposited by the Non-applicant-husband, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the same. The Registrar of this Court is directed to pay the said amount to the applicant on verification. 3.
