Though the petition is circulated, none appears for the petitioner. 2.

This Court by order dated 10.07.2023 had observed that, the petitioner is not showing interest in prosecuting the petition. It was also indicated that the petitioner's statement if found to be false, this Court would impose cost of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only). It was observed that the petitioner is absent since last two dates. Specific order was passed that, if the petitioner does not show any interest in prosecuting the petition, the same shall be dismissed with cost as indicated by this Court in order dated 05.10.2022.

When such is the position even then the petitioner has not appeared today in spite of seeking circulation. The writ petition therefore stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only).
