We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides alongwith the learned AGP.

The petitioner, by this petition, prays for a direction to respondent No.2 / Deputy Director of Education, Pune to consider the request of the petitioner to be absorbed as a "Full Time Assistant Teacher" in Physics with respondent No.4. College. We are informed that the petitioner has been terminated from service during the pendency of this petition and she is litigating before the School Tribunal.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty khs/DEC. 2017/8523

to the petitioner to make a proper representation to respondent no.2 in the event her termination is set aside and her employment is sustained, in the pending litigation.
