In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster (page 18) is pending with respondent No.2/Education officer, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
