The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the respondents are ready to give hearing to the petitioner.

It is not disputed that the impugned order black listing the petitioner is passed without giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner is black listed for five years. 3.

In view of the above, the respondents shall give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner with regard to the show cause notice issued to the petitioner and thereafter shall pass orders afresh. As such, the impugned order would not survive.
