Respondent No. 3, Mr. Akash Rajaram Dahadey is present in the Court. On instructions, the learned AGP makes a statement that legible copy of page 47 of the document sought by the petitioner has been supplied to the petitioner before the Court.

Learned AGP further submits that so far as the grievance of the petitioner in respect of 7/12 extract register and applications made, the entire record was shown to the petitioner and whatever was sought by the petitioner was given to him. Therefore, that grievance is not proper. 3.

In view of the above, substantial compliance of the order, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
