These applications are for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body.

It is pointed out that in similarly circumstanced appeals such a request for withdrawal of amount has been granted permitting the claimants to receive 50% of the amount along with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security. I propose to follow the order dated 06.10.2025 passed by the coordinate bench in group of appeals. 3.

The Civil Applications are partly allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar Judicial of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank.
