This is the Application for extension of Temporary Bail granted by this Court by order dated 05.07.2024 in Criminal Application No.2704 of 2024.

It is submitted by learned Advocate for the Applicant that Applicant's mother expired on 31.07.2024 and therefore, he is seeking one month extension of his Temporary Bail to complete the rituals. 3.
