Criminal Application No.3288 of 2024 is filed for withdrawal of the amount. This court by order dated 05.04.2023 has directed that in the event the amount is deposited the concerned applicant and the intervenor would be entitled to receive the same. There is no dispute that the amount is deposited qua the share of the applicant / complainant.

In view of the same, in terms of the order passed by this court dated 05.04.2023, the applicant Rajesh Gokulchand Khinvasara is permitted to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest, if any. Respondent No.2 has deposited Rs.18,00,000/- in this court. The same is permitted to be withdrawn as there is no objection and in view of the earlier order dated 05.04.2024.

Criminal Application No.3288 of 2024 stands accordingly disposed of.
