The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation is given to respondent no. 1 with regard to the pensionary benefits.

As only limited relief is sought, we have considered the present petition.

In case, the representation filed by the petitioner (Page No. 22) with regard to the pension and other benefits is pending with respondent no. 1, then respondent no. 1 shall take decision upon it on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.
