The petitioner challenges the order suspending him on 04.04.2018 and also initiation of departmental enquiry.

Mr. Pathan, learned counsel for the respondent / Zilla Parishad, on instructions, submits that the suspension would be revoked and the petitioner would be reinstated subject to the decision in departmental enquiry within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. As far as departmental enquiry, the petitioner may face departmental enquiry and raise all possible defences available to him in the departmental enquiry which naturally has to be considered by the enquiry officer in the departmental enquiry.
