The another contention of the petitioners is that, their representations are not yet decided. Mr Bajaj, the learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that, the representations filed by the petitioners have been decided on the basis of the affidavits submitted. The respondent no.2 shall communicate the decision on the representations to the petitioners.
