It is submitted that reference has been allowed in the year 2012. Execution has been filed in the year 2013. Even attachment orders were issued. The warrants were issued but the compensation amount is not paid.

Mr. Patil, the learned A.G.P. submits that the amount is demanded from Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran.

It is submitted that the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran was not a party before the reference court also.

In case the award passed by the reference Court is not assailed before any Court and the same is in force, then the respondents shall pay the amount as per the award passed by the reference Court expeditiously and preferably within six (06) months.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
