These matters were heard on 3.9.2019 and the petitioner was called upon to make a statement, whether it would deposit an amount of Rs. One Crore in each of these matters before the executing Court, so as to entertain these petitions. The amounts to be recovered in both these matters are Rs. 2,25,64,290/- and Rs. 2,58,58,058/-, respectively.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that as amounts of about Rs.20,00,000/- have been paid in each of these matters before the executing Court, now, they are willing to deposit Rs.25,00,000/- in each of these matters before the executing Court on/or before 15.10.2019. Further amounts of Rs.10,00,000/- would be deposited in each of these matters within four weeks thereafter. akl/d

Considering the above, I do not find that both these petitions need to be kept pending in this Court. Both the petitions are, therefore, disposed off, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the executing Court with the above recorded proposal and upon making such an application before the executing Court, the said Court would be at liberty to pass appropriate orders, subject to the submissions of the respondents.
