The learned counsel for the applicant makes statement that as now the Charge sheet is filed, he wants to move the appropriate application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed claiming bail. He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the present application for filing fresh application before the concerned Court. Liberty as prayed is granted.
