The learned Advocate appearing for the respondents do not dispute aforesaid position.

Hence, following order:

ORDER

a.

Civil Applications are partly allowed.

b.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited by appellant on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court that in case Appeal is decided against them, applicants shall redeposit the amount within a period of twelve weeks from such order.
