The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the counseling is illegal. No hearing was given to the petitioner. The petitioners have also approached the Chief Executive Officer but the application of the petitioners is not considered.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2. Mr. Shinde, learned

As per the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, the Chief Executive Officer is the competent authority to consider the grievance with regard to transfer. The representation is also given to the Chief Executive Officer.

In view of that, the Chief Executive Officer shall decide the application / representation filed by the petitioners (Page No. 55 and Page No. 58), on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of seven (07) days.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
