ORAL ORDER :- 1.
Leave to add co-accused as petitioners.

Leave to amend prayer clause since the charge-sheet has been filed.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 607 of 2023 was referred for mediation. Mediation is said to have been successful. It is case of offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 326, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is counter FIR for some what similar offences. With a view to give peace a chance, we endorse the compromise. It is a quarrel/fight between family members, it would have now amicably settled. Affidavits to that effect have been placed on record. We, therefore, allow Criminal Writ Petition No.607 of 2023 in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "A-1" and Criminal Application No.2773 of 2023 in terms of prayer clause "B". 4.
The applicants/petitioners shall deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- together, with this Court within 10 days.

On deposit of the said amount, as aforesaid, the Registry is directed to pay Rs.10,000/- to Mr.N.P. Chudiwal, learned advocate appointed to represent the cause of respondent no.2.
