The present petition was filed for issuance of writ of mandamus to B.J. Medical College and Sassoon Hospital Pune to submit the fact finding inquiry report in pursuant to communication dated 31.01.2023 issued by the Director of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai. Now, we have received the said report which was placed by learned APP on 16.09.2025 in a sealed envelope. We have gone through the same and we have given the same for reading to the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

Since the purpose of the writ petition has been served, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
