Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the Hon'ble Chancellor as per the provisions of Section 140 of the Maharashtra Public University Act, 2016. There are other appeals also pending with regard to the same election process. 2.

In view of that, we request the Hon'ble Chancellor to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously alongwith other appeals. The petitioner may make such representation to the Hon'ble Chancellor.
