Learned counsel for the applicant states that the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Application No. 2894 of 2023 has quashed the first information report No. 139/2023 registered with Shanishingnapur Police Station, Tal. Newasa, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 327 r/w 34 of IPC on 17th August, 2023. In view of this nothing survives in these applications. Hence applications are disposed of as infructuous.
