ORDER :

Civil Application No. 11082/2016 is filed by respondent in First Appeal to bring legal heirs of applicant No. 2 - Ashok on record. Both the sides are heard. Legal heirs themselves want to come on record. In view of nature of dispute, the application is allowed. Amendment is to be carried out immediately.

Advocate Shri. Tiwari submitted that he is filing application for permission to come on the record as intervenor to the present applicant. The application is taken on board. Separate number is to be given to the application. He submitted that copies are supplied to learned counsel Shri. B.R. Warma and Advocate Shri. Bhokrikar. They want to file reply. Stand over to 22.8.2016. On that date, further hearing and orders will be passed.
