Mr. Ghute, the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that, the petitioner though became surplus in the year 2010-2011, however, subsequently the post was available and the petitioner is continued in the same school. His salary is also disbursed regularly. The arrears also would be processed and regular salary would be paid. The proposal is with the Government pending decision and till the said decision is made, the salary would be paid continuously to the petitioner.
