This is an application of original claimants seeking for withdrawal of compensation amount. It is brought to the notice that in connected group of matters, this Court vide order dated 23rd November 2021 in C.A. No.12385 of 2021 has permitted for 50% withdrawal on furnishing usual undertaking. Having regard to said fact, 50% amount deposited in Court is permitted to be withdrawn. 2.

The applicants shall furnish usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registry.
