The respective applicants - claimants, in all these applications, are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The Acquiring body despite service, remained absent.

Though the learned AGP strongly opposed the applications, but considering the statutory right of the applicants, the respective delay periods in all these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay periods, if the amounts of compensation are enhanced.

The Appeals be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
