The amount under the award was directed to be deposited within six weeks by an order dated 2nd August, 2013. 2.

The insurance company has come out with the present applications for extension and also restoration of appeal against respondents no.9 and 10.

For the reasons stated in the applications for restoration and upon an undertaking by Mr Upadhye, learned Counsel, that the order dated 2nd

(2) ca4099.15,etc August 2013 will be complied within a period of two weeks from today, the application for restoration stands allowed. Extension of two weeks stands granted.

Failure to deposit the amount, as ordered on 2nd August, 2013, within two weeks from today, shall result in dismissal of the appeal without reference to the Court.
