VERSUS

AVINASH BABASAHEB ADSUL ...

Advocate for Petitioner : Shri Syed A.R. h/f Shri Brahme S.P. Advocate for Respondent : Shri Barde P. V.

...

CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

Dated: March 10, 2017 ...

PER COURT :- 1.

This matter was heard on 23.2.2017, 2.3.2017, 9.3.2017 and today.

2.

Learned Advocates for the respective sides submit, on instructions, that the litigating sides have settled the dispute out of the Court. It is agreed that the petitioner would pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as quantified compensation towards all benefits arising out of the employment and non-employment of the respondent. The respondent is agreeable to accept the said amount since he is no longer interested in employment with the petitioner. 3.

It is stated by the respondent that after the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- is paid to him, his claims and rights arising out of his employment and non-employment under any Act or provision of law

WP/8418/2014 would stand satisfied and that he would not raise any dispute, claim or demand against the petitioner in any manner whatsoever before any Court, authority or Tribunal.

4.

The above statements having been recorded, I do not find it necessary to advert to the respective contentions of the litigating sides.

5.

The petitioner states that the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- would be paid by a demand draft favouring the respondent, within four weeks from today.

6.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off in terms of the settlement.
