By an order of the learned Registrar (Judicial), the writ petition was refused registration on account of non-removal of office objections. Delay of 69 days is caused in filing the present civil application.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. 3.

For the reasons set out, this application is allowed, subject to the following conditions :-

13485.22ca (2) (a) All office objections in the writ petition (St.) No.9285/2021 shall be removed on or before 12/10/2022. (b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 02/05/2022 shall stand restored.

(c) After compliance of the above direction, the writ petition shall be registered and be listed in the 'urgent admissions' category, on 17/10/2022.
