Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has impugned the order of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhusawal, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 363/2019 dated 21/3/2023 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. However, he did not prefer revision before the Sessions Judge. Under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. the remedy is available to the applicant to prefer revision before the Sessions Court. Hence, this Revision Application stands dismissed.
