1] Mr.Savale, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present Writ Petition, the proposals are again invited and the fresh proposal is also submitted by the Group Grampanchayat, Devhari. 2] In view of the fact that fresh proposal is already submitted, challenge to the impugned order may not subsist. The petitioner may prosecute the fresh proposal as may be permissible under law with the authorities concerned.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
