This is an application moved for withdrawal of amount of interest accrued on the deposited amount of land acquisition compensation in this court. Learned counsel for the applicants has referred to an order dated 13-12-2013 passed by division bench of this court in the civil application No. 15171 of 2013 in first appeal No. 28 of 2011 referring to that while the circumstances are similar, the application should also be given similar treatment. 3.

In view of above, the civil application is granted. That

( 2 ) ca11705.19 50% of the amount of interest be allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing undertaking to the effect that in case the decision in the first appeal is against applicant's interest, the amount being withdrawn will be re-deposited in this court within a period of two months from the date of decision and rest of 50% interest amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 4.
