Present application is filed in disposed of First Appeal seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.3,36,913/- deposited by the Respondent/Insurance company in pursuance of final judgment and award dated 30.04.2025.

This Court has already decided in favour of the appellant and he is entitled to receive the amount deposited by the Respondent/Insurance company.
