The grievance of the petitioners is that applications filed U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, though pending pending since the year - 2012, are not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondents no. 1 to 3.

In case, the applications filed by the petitioners U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Page No.12), are pending with respondent no. 3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within a period of nine (09) months. 4.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
