ORDER :

Heard both the learned counsel for respondents. Seen the correspondence made by the learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal, Aurangabad.

In view of the contents of correspondence, both the proceedings are allowed. The proceedings which are presently pending before the School Tribunal, Aurangabad are hereby withdrawn from that Tribunal and they are transferred to the School Tribunal from Nashik. The parties are to appear before the new Tribunal on 19.10.2015.
