It is submitted that, only document required to be furnished so as to process the claim for the arrears of the family pension payable to the mother of the petitioner on account of death of his father is lifetime arrears certificate by pension disbursing office.

The respondent No. 3, it appears is the pension disbursing authority. The respondent No. 3 shall verify its record and as per its record issue the lifetime arrears certificate (Form - D) to

2 wp 9866.18 the respondent No. 6. The same shall be done within a period of six (06) weeks from today. Thereafter, the respondent authority shall process the claim. If any deficiency exists in respect of documentation, the petitioner shall comply with the same. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
