PER COURT :
1) Heard. The learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body submits that conditional order was passed by this court on 10th March, 2016 thereby directing the acquiring body to deposit the entire amount under the Award and subject to said condition, execution of the Award impugned in the present appeals was stayed by this court. The learned counsel submits that, however, the acquiring body could not deposit the said amount within stipulated period and as such, the conditional order so passed was automatically vacated. The learned Counsel submits that the amount of compensation is received and the same will be deposited in the Registry of this court
within a week and he has therefore prayed for reviving the earlier order of interim stay passed by this court till the decision of the appeals. 2) In view of the fact that the amount of compensation is to be deposited within a week, the execution of the Award impugned in the present appeals shall stand stayed till decision of the appeals.
3) Civil Applications stand disposed of.
