Heard Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has placed record to show the vacant posts. Mr. Ghute Patil, the learned AGP submits that if the petitioner makes an application, the same would be considered by the authority. In the light of that we pass the following order.

i.

The petitioner shall make an application/representation to the respondent No.2 which representation shall be considered by the authorities within a period of 15 days on receipt of the same, on its own merits.

ii. The petitioner may make application to the authority for grant of salary for the interregnum period which would be considered by the authorities in accordance with law.
