This court for the reasons noted in order dated 04.06.2025, granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause "C" as this court is of the view that without hearing the petitioner his license was suspended. However, adjudication on the notice ExhbitB, dated 29.05.2025 is still pending before the Collector, Parbhani. 2.

The learned counsel for the parties submitted before this court that interim protection granted be continued for the period of eight (08)weeks and the Collector concerned be directed

2 953 to decide the notice dated 29.05.2025 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of the production of the order. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the proceedings would be concluded within eight (08) weeks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would co-operate in deciding the proceedings before the Collector, Parbhani.

Considering the above submissions, the concerned authority to decide the proceedings within eight (08) weeks. The protection granted earlier by this court would continue to operate till conclusion of the proceedings and also further for a period up till two (02) weeks thereafter.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending civil application is also disposed of.
