1) Heard. After filing this petition, an affidavit in reply is filed by Respondent Nos. 2 and

With the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent No.2, at Exhibit R-1 is a letter dated 29th April, 2015 written by Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded addressed to Head Master, Rajarshri Shahu Secondary School, Vasant Nagar, Nanded. The relevant contents of the said letter are as under, - "

तरीआपणासकळिवणयातयेतेिकसामभाधीताचेमाहेजुलै२०११ते जुलै२०१३पयरंतचेवेतनवेतनवाढीसहतसेच६वयावेतनआयोगाचया फरकाचे( ३रा४थाव५वयाहपयाची) वेतनदेयकेपुढीलमंजुरीसाठी िनयमापरमाणेवेतनवभिनिनपथक(माधय) नादेडयाचेकडेततकाळ सादरकरावेत.

2) In the light of the contents of the

aforesaid letter, in our opinion, nothing further survives for consideration in the present petition. However, in case, the Head Master of the aforesaid School has not submitted the salary bills, as mentioned in the said letter, we direct the Head Master to submit the salary bills, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. Upon receiving such salary bills, the concerned Education officer to take appropriate action/decision in accordance with the procedure/Rules, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from receiving such salary bills. We make it clear that in case the aforesaid letter has already been acted upon by the Head Master, the aforesaid directions shall not be acted upon.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
