The applicant moved this application to speak to the minutes to modify the order dated 25th September 2025, passed by this Court in this application.

The learned advocate for the accused/original revision applicant submitted that, as per the order dated 30th March 2016 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 440 of 2016, the applicant deposited an amount of 75,000/- before the learned Sessions Court on 30 ₹ th April 2016.

Similarly, by order dated 04th October 2021, passed in Criminal Revision Application No. 123 of 2021, the applicant deposited an amount of ₹ 75,000/- in this Court on 25th October 2021. Accordingly, he submitted that Shrikant Malani

2.APPLN.2909.2025.doc the applicant has deposited a total compensation amount of 1,50,000/- ₹ out of an amount of 4,30,000/-, and therefore, he urged to modify the ₹ order dated 25th September 2025, to that extent. On perusal of the record, I find substance in his contention in that regard. Accordingly, the order dated 25th September 2025, passed in Criminal Application No.2909 of 2025, is modified to that extent. The respondent - accused is directed to deposit the balance compensation amount, i.e. an amount of 2,80,000/- in this Court ₹ within three weeks from 25th September 2025.

The learned advocate for the respondent/ original complainant submitted that the complainant be permitted to withdraw an amount of ₹ 75,000/- deposited by the applicant in the Sessions Court vide receipt dated 30th April 2016, to which the learned advocate for the applicant has given no objection.

In view of the same, the respondent original complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount of 75,000/- deposited by the ₹ applicant/accused before the learned Sessions Court. No separate application is required for that.
