Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, the learned A.P.P.

appearing for the respondent/State and the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2.

This application takes exception to the F.I.R.

bearing C.R.No.60/2016 registered with Azadnagar Police Station, Dhule, Dist. Dhule for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 406,

4450.16appln 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned A.P.P. appearing for the Respondent/State informs this Court that the charge-sheet has been filed before passing the interim order by this Court.

Though the copy of the charge-sheet is placed on record, there is no prayer for quashing the charge-sheet.

We have carefully gone through the allegations in the F.I.R. and also the statements of the witnesses, and we are also of the view that the prayer of the applicants deserves no consideration. In that view of the matter, leaving open the remedy to the applicants to take out appropriate application for discharge before the concerned Court, this application stands rejected.
