Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner have received notice of hearing from the office of the Hon'ble Chancellor and the hearing is kept on 18.02.2019.

In view of that, as the proceedings have been taken up before the Hon'ble Chancellor, we are not considering the grievance in the present writ petition. In case, the order of the Hon'ble Chancellor goes against the petitioner, the petitioner would have a fresh remedy. In that case, all contentions are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
