08.08.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the staff members of the petitioner was filed before the District Social Welfare Officer. The District Social Welfare Officer forwarded it with his recommendation to the Commissioner (page 47) on 14.09.2018, the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr. Pulkundwar the learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.3. 3.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the staff of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2 then the respondent no.2

( 2 ) 936 wp 9931.19 shall take decision upon it on its own merits expeditiously preferably within four months depending upon the decision that would be taken about the proposal for approval, further decision shall be taken immediately with regard to payment of salary.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
