Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the year 2018 the petitioners were transferred in the randomization round. The petitioners did not have options. The circular is issued by the State Government on 28.06.2018 giving the benefit to such candidates. The petitioners have approached the Chief Executive Officer for giving the petitioners the benefit of the Circular dated

2 wp 9738.19 28.06.2018, but no cognizance is taken on it as yet.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2. Mr. Dama, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents no. 3 and 4.

The petitioners have earlier approached the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon the application of the petitioners dated 22.07.2019 (Page No. 56 and 59) on its own merits. It may consider as to whether the Circular dated 28.06.2018 as relied by the petitioners would be applicable and shall decided the said proposal / application within a period of seven days.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
