The application is filed for setting aside the order of dismissal of the proceeding for non prosecution made by this Court. Heard the learned counsel. In view of the contents of the application, the order dated 14.8.2015 made by this Court in M.C.A. No. 129/2014 is hereby set aside and the matter is restored to its original number.

In M.C.A. No. 129/2014, notice is to be again issued to respondent by regular process and by R.P.A.D. Hamdast allowed in respect of R.P.A.D. process. It is made returnable on 6.10.2015. At present, no interim relief is given. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
