This petition challenges the order passed by the Family Court, Aurangabad, below Exhibit-9 on 01.04.2012, thereby granting interim maintenance to the respondent/wife. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner fairly states that the Family Court has decided main petition i.e. Petition No. A-281/2016, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition. 3.
