Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent No.1 had fled appeal against judgment and award passed by Commissioner of Workmen Compensation and Labour Judge, Latur. Said appeal is withdrawn by respondent No.1. This Court has permitted the applicant to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited amount by respondent No.1. Now, there is 50% amount remained with the Labour Judge Latur. Hence, permission be given to the applicant to withdraw remaining 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon.

I have herd both the learned counsel. Appeal fled by respondent No.1 is withdrawn hence I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Applicant is permitted to withdraw remaining 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon.
