By this Public Interest Litigation, initially filed on 10th November, 2009 as Writ Petition and then converted into the Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner has made grievance that the officers of the District Supply Office have not paid heed to the complaints lodged regarding misappropriation, misconduct and willful disobedience of duties by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The petitioner claims to be an Advocate.

From the record, it is seen that the petitioner had not been vigilant in pursuing the matter. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the grievance, redressal of which was sought by the petitioner (Advocate) by approaching this Court more than a decade ago. 03.

With liberty to the petitioner to approach the superior authorities in the matter, by fresh representation, we dispose this Public Interest Litigation. In the circumstances, parties to bear their own costs.
